Monday Meal Plan & Recipe Share – 8/19/13
Here’s my weekly meal plan (it’s a little short)!
Sunday: Crockpot Chicken Quinoa (I usually substitute all of the liquid with Homemade Chicken Broth – yummy!)
Monday: Crockpot Grassfed Roast Beef (put in crockpot, sprinkle with Homemade Onion Soup Mix), add water so it reaches halfway up beef roast, put on low for 7-9 hrs), red skinned potatoes, veggie
Tuesday: Homemade Mac & Cheese
Friday thru Sunday – we are camping with our church at a nearby Ranch!
