Monday Meal Plan & Recipe Share – 1/5/13 (plus my weeks’ worth of meals!)
I don’t usually make New Years’ Resolutions, but I DO have a goal to make a monthly meal plan. This helps me out in so many ways – saving time and money in the process.
For example, I love not having to think up an idea for dinner each day. It also helps me streamline my grocery shopping and Buyers’ Club ordering. (Read more about how I do my Meal Planning and why you might want to consider Joining a Buying Club, or starting your own!)
Here what we are eating this week for dinner (and yes, there are 2 sausage-containing meals which is usual for us but I ran out of our grassfed beef and can’t bring myself to buy beef from the store). Ick.
Monday: Annie’s Mac & Cheese, all-beef organic grassfed hotdogs (my son turns 4 and this was his requested b-day meal!)
Tuesday: Sausage & Bean Soup
Wednesday: Salmon Melts
Thursday: Dinner from a friend (hubby’s position at church was just eliminated and she’s blessing us with a meal!)
Friday: Spicy Sausage Pasta
Saturday: Crockpot Chicken Curry
