Monday Meal Plan & Recipe Share (with links to my weeks’ meals)
It’s Monday again! Below you’ll see the link-up details, but I wanted to share our meal plan for the week. (P.S.) If you need help planning your meals, check out my post on 30 Days of Dinner – my menu plan.
Here’s what we are eating for dinner at our house this week:
Monday: Spaghetti with Homemade Spaghetti sauce, side veggie (whatever is pick-able in the garden)
Tuesday: Salmon on the grill (I am careful to only buy WILD-caught salmon). We place salmon fillets on foil, top with slices of butter and salt/seasonings of choice.
Wednesday: Quinoa & Cheese, broccoli
Sunday: Leftovers for hubby/kids while I go to a baby shower!
