    I don’t have a blog… but here’s what we’re having for dinner tonight.

    Ginger-Lime Halibut

    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup tamari
    2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
    3 Tablespoons ground ginger
    several cloves fresh minced garlic

    Mix ingredients and marinate halibut for 1+ hours. Mine started out frozen today, so it’s sitting in the marinade in the fridge and will marinate as it slowly thaws throughout the day. Place marinaded halibut fillets on hot, oiled grill and cook for 5 – 6 minutes each side.

    This is the best marinade! It’s great on chicken, shrimp and other varieties of fish too!

      Oh yum. That looks so good! Can I ask where you usually get your halibut? I’m going to have to try this recipe!
