My October 2016 Meal Plan

We’re not quite halfway through October yet and I’ve got my October Meal Plan to share with you (I’m doing better than last month!)

As you will see, there are a few chunks of time where we are out of town so there are a few holes you’ll want to fill in. Since it’s autumn, soup is always a great idea. If you need some suggestions, head on over to my Soup Recipes for some delicious recipe suggestions!

I can’t promise anything, but maybe I’ll get my November Meal Plan out before November. We’ll see…

Oh, and October and autumn/winter usually means and increase in flu and colds. You can read Why We Don’t Get the Flu Shot and the two things we use instead: Elderberry Syrup and our “Powdered Produce in a Capsule”.

10/1 – Baked Salmon, baked potatoes, veggie

10/2 – Homemade Pizza

10/3 – Chicken Tortilla Soup w/ toppings

10/4 – Tacos, refried beans, fruit

10/5 – Church Dinner or Leftovers

10/6 – Homemade Stromboli, salad, fruit

10/7 – Spaghetti w/ Meatballs, salad, garlic bread

10/8 – Family Wedding

10/9 – Homemade Pizza

10/10 – Cheesy Vegetable Chowder

10/11 – Whole Chicken in crockpot, mashed potatoes/gravy, broccoli

10/12 – Church Dinner (or leftovers)

10/13 – Homemade Waffles with strawberries, pastured sausage links

10/14 –  Chicken Pot pie, salad, fruit

10/15 – Another Family Wedding!

10/16 – Homemade Pizza

10/17 – Weeknight Beef Bourguignon in crockpot

10/18 – Turkey Burgers, Honest Potato Chips, fruits/veggies

10/19 – Church Dinner (or leftovers)

10/20 through 10/22 – gone to Nutrition/Health Conference

10/23 – Homemade Pizza

10/24 – Pasta w/ Kale and Sausage w/ a creamy tomato sauce

10/25 – Chicken, Spinach and Potato Hash

10/26 – Church Dinner (or leftovers)

10/27 – Slow Cooker Quinoa Chicken Chili, Cornbread

10/28 – Stirfry over Rice

10/29 – Grassfed hamburgers, chips, raw veggies

10/30 – Butternut Squash Soup, salad, bread

10/31 – Salmon Melts, Zesty Roasted Potatoes, veggie
