Are You Ready for a Spring Cleanse?

I just got done eating pizza.

Not the homemade, no-junky-ingredients, semi-healthy kind. The kind from the local pizza joint.

A time or two each year I get that sluggish, low-energy feeling like I need to clean up my eating. (Especially having just come off of a trip to Florida for spring break!)

Being the Real Food Eater that I am, I don’t eat much junk, but there are times when I know I need to get things back in better order with my eating….and now is one of those times.

I had honestly just been looking at a few “cleanses” and trying to decide if I should do the Whole30 or something else, when my friend Jill Tanis called me. She’s a Holistic Health Coach. Her and her colleague Angelle Battan have just launched the Nourish To Flourish Society.

This one's for the ladies

The Nourish to Flourish Society is all about “a place for women to feel loved and supported as you learn HOW to love your body and your life.”

Doesn’t that sound fantastic?

They are kicking things off with a 14-day Spring Cleanse just for Ladies!!!

Registration is open April 17th – 21st ONLY.

AND, they are offering an “All About the Nourish to Flourish 14-Day Spring Cleanse” Q & A call THIS Tuesday, April 19th at 8:30 p.m. EST. The call in number is: 712-770-4010. Access code is 194263. This way, you can learn more about it before you sign up!

Our extra weight around the middle, our emotional eating, our cravings for sugar, our up-and-down moods are both PHYSICAL and EMOTIONAL. And Jill and Angelle realize this…

That’s why this cleanse not only includes 14 days of meals, meal planning and shopping lists, but also a Facebook support community, as well as daily emails to help deepen the cleansing process from the inside out (plus there are 2 group coaching calls which will be recorded if you can’t be on “live”).

I, for one, can’t wait to get started. Will you join me?

Head on over to their Nourish To Flourish Society 14-Day Cleanse page! There is a spot there to register – and once you do, Jill & Angelle will send you all of the instructions you’ll need! (On the registration page, don’t forget to choose Melissa @ Real Food Eater as the one who sent you!)

Let’s do this together!
